In an effort to minimize the spread of COVID-19, the Nevis Air and Sea Ports Authority has increased security and safety measures at the sea ports to include additional passenger information for contact tracing purposes.
The Nevis Air & Sea Ports Authority (NASPA) recognised eight staff members for their contribution to the authority, at a special retirement ceremony hosted at the Long Point Port on Wednesday March 31, 2021.
Cape Air has resumed flights to the Vance W. Amory International Airport at Newcastle, after international air travel was suspended to the Federation of St. Kitts and Nevis, following border closures due to the threat of COVID-19.
Hon. Mark Brantley, Premier of Nevis and Minister of Tourism in the Nevis Island Administration (NIA), has embraced the announcement that the borders of St. Kitts and Nevis will reopen on October 31, 2020.
