Nurses on Nevis were gifted with tokens of appreciation by Hon. Hazel Brandy-Williams, Junior Minister of Health, and by extension the Ministry of Health in celebration of International Nurses Day on May 12, 2021.
Ms. Latoya Jeffers, Assistant Secretary in the Ministry of Health and Gender Affairs, has expressed satisfaction with the response to the Department of Gender Affairs’ workshop for Fish Trap [pot] Making for boys and young men.
The importance of community health nurses was highlighted by senior health officials at the 6th annual Community Health Districts reporting exercise which was held at the St. Paul’s Anglican Church Hall on April 30, 2021.
