The following is a statement from Hon. Mark Brantley, Premier of Nevis and Minister of Tourism regarding an announcement made by the Four Seasons Resort, Nevis on restructuring its operations and the effect on staff.
Mrs. Sandra Morton, Director of the Department of Social Services in the Ministry of Social Development on Nevis, says they have received the green light from the Compliance Task Force, an arm of the Nevis COVID-19 Task Force, to resume the seniors programme.
Hon. Mark Brantley, Premier of Nevis and Senior Minister of Health, is commending the work of the Nevis COVID-19 Task Force in managing the spread of the virus on the island.
Early Childhood Development Centres on Nevis have been given the okay to re-open, however they must first be certified complaint with new COVID-19 protocols.
