Premier of Nevis, the Honourable Mark Brantley, today (Friday) welcomed Her Excellency Xiomara Perez, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Panama to Barbados and St. Kitts and Nevis, during a courtesy call at his office at Pinneys Estate.
