Hon. Spencer Brand, Minister of Physical Planning on Nevis, gave contractors on the island an opportunity to ventilate on the Building Contractors Registration and Regulation Bill, 2021 which had its first reading in the Nevis Island Assembly on July 13, 2021.
The second phase of the Bath Village Road Rehabilitation and Reconstruction Project is expected to commence soon.
Hon. Spencer Brand, Minister of Communication and Works in the Nevis Island Administration (NIA), has commended employees at the Public Works Department for the renovation work they have been engaged in on government owned buildings and facilities in and around Charlestown.
Work has commenced on Phase 1 of the Nevis Island Administration’s EC$6.7million Island Main Road Rehabilitation and Safety Improvement Project from Cotton Ground to Cliff Dwellers. Hon. Spencer Brand, Minister for Communication and Works, is expressing satisfaction with work done so far.
