• Complete Health Information Sheet (Only required for restaurants, businesses serving food).
• Return completed application to the Ministry of Finance.
• Application will be processed and final letter will indicate applicable fees.
• Pay fees at Inland Revenue Department.
• Collect Business License Certificate.
