Instructions:

  1. Complete the desired application form(s)
  2. Enclose a copy of a valid government issued photo ID
  3. Enclose payment. (Equivalent EC$10.00 per Certificate plus EC$5.00 Registered Mail postage)

*NB: We accept the following:

  1. International Postal Money Order (Pink in Color) except Postal Money Orders from the United Kingdom
  2. Bank Drafts – Those drawn on a US Banks must included an additional US$6.00
