NIA CHARLESTOWN NEVIS (August 10, 2018) — The following is an announcement from the Ministry of Human Resources in the Premier’s Ministry regarding a scholarship offer for study in Santiago, Chile.

The Nevis Island Administration, Ministry of Human Resources is pleased to inform that the Government of Chile is inviting interested persons to apply for scholarship opportunity in “Masters in Structural and Geotechnical Engineering”.

The course will commence March, 2019 and will end on March, 2020. It will be conducted in Santiago, Chile. Applicants must be proficient in Spanish as the course will be directed in that language. The scholarship will cover the following:

Airline ticket to and from country of origin to Santiago; School fees; Living expenses; Assistance with text books; and Health Insurance

Applicants must first be registered and accepted by the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile via website www.masterieg.puc.cl.

Completed and signed scholarship applications should be submitted electronically to nonesia@minrel.gob.cl.

Kindly note that a copy of your application must be delivered to the Ministry of Human Resources, Social Security Building, Pinney’s Estate, by  November 18th, 2018.
