Whereas the status of association of Saint Christopher and Nevis with the United Kingdom will terminate on 19th September 1983 and it is necessary to establish a new constitution for Saint Christopher and Nevis upon its attainment of fully responsible status within the Commonwealth
AN ACT to provide for the licensing of duty free shops, to facilitate the importation of certain goods duty-free, to impose and collect certain taxes and levies on such duty-free shops and duty-free goods and for related matters.
AN ACT to provide for the imposition and collection of excise tax on imported and locally manufactured goods, and to provide for related or incidental matters.
