Jamella Clarke is the Unit Head who coordinates the day-day-operations of the taxpayer services unit at IRD. With over 10 years’ experience of the department’s tax system, Jamella prides herelf on working effectively with each taxpayer in their tax process. Jamella is a certified University graduate also holding certificates in several customer service training including an IFC Customer Service and Communication certificate, and CARTAC- Data Analysis and Compliance Risk Management certificates.

Jamella’s experience aids in her ability to continuously apply her expertise, knowledge, and relentless energy to resolving tax issues and make taxpayer’s visit stress-free. Jamella has participated in several successful tax awareness and education initiatives hosted by the department including the “Be a Responsible Citizen Campaign”.
