NIA CHARLESTOWN NEVIS (September 20, 2019) — Hon. Hazel Brandy-Williams, Junior Minister of Health and Gender Affairs in the Nevis Island Administration (NIA), did not let her overseas assignment while on official business in Africa, prevent her from observing the Federation’s 36th Anniversary of Independence on September 19, 2019.

Mrs. Brandy-Williams, while attending the 12th Commonwealth Women’s Affairs Ministers Meeting (WAMM) in Nairobi Kenya, from September 19 to 20, 2019, decked in her national wear, had a profound Independence Day message for her colleagues in the NIA, the Federal Government, and all Kittitians and Nevisians.
