Lenroy Lescott

Lenroy L. Lescott is a native of St. Kitts and Nevis, with values from his parents and grandparents.  He believes in hard work and education as the means of getting ahead and the conviction that a life so blessed should be lived serving and making others happy.
  
With Nevisian parentage of Janice Lescott and the late Leroy Lescott, Lenroy was born in Nevis on November 3, 1985. Left hander, 5 feet 7 inches tall, he enjoys playing basketball, listening music, playing the keyboard and travelling. His favorite colour is blue and favorite TV show/movie – Coming To America. He is greatly inspired by President Barack Obama of the United States of America.  Beginning his education at the Charlestown Preparatory (now Maude Cross Preparatory School) then transferred to the Charlestown Primary
 
School where he furthered his elementary Education, receiving his secondary education at the Charlestown Secondary School. He served as a member of the Young Leaders Club and Class Prefect and graduated in November of 2002 with Nine CXC subjects.
 
In 2003, Lenroy enrolled at the University of Maryland, an honors University to pursue his degree in Finance. He won the Charles Peake Economics Award and the T Rowe Price Scholarship. He was offered enrollment into the Golden Key Organization and the National Society of Collegiate Scholars, just to name a few.
 
In his Sophomore year, he was selected as a Welcome Week Leader.  Lenroy joined the Caribbean American Student Association (CASA) and became an ambassador and point of contact for planning events and activities. In May 2007, he graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelors of Science in Financial Economics.
 
He has a dream of becoming a pilot and hopes one day to still fulfill that dream. Therefore, to bridge his degree and his passion, Lenroy is currently enrolled at the Embry Riddle Aeronautics School in Daytona Beach, Florida.
 
Lenroy’s past work experience includes working for numerous Financial Institutions such as Morgan Stanley, Wells Fargo, American Express and Bank of America. These experiences had made him an expert when it comes Finances/Operations and Banking.
 
As his journey continues, Lenroy is always open to new ideas and challenges. He has recently completed a 90 day weight loss challenge and was granted the opportunity to meet Jennifer Hudson, Grammy award recipient and spoke person for Weight Watchers.  He loves to workout doing different sessions such as Kickboxing.
