NIA CHARLESTOWN NEVIS (October 25, 2016) — The following is a notice from the Government of St. Kitts and Nevis, regarding invitation for bids on the proposed Cecele Browne Integrated School Lunch Room.

 

Building Contractors are hereby invited to bid on the proposed Cecele Browne Integrated School Lunch Room, St. Johns Parish, Nevis. The works include, but are not limited to the following:

 

 The construction of a one story 1,234 square feet building

 The structure will be constructed from blocks with a roof comprising of concrete, timber and galvanize

The works also include painting, tiling and electricals

Bidder’s qualification information only must be simultaneously submitted by email to: procurement@caribank.org.

 

Payment of a non- refundable tender deposit of EC$250.00 is required upon collection of tender document packages. The deadline for submission of tenders to the above address is set for Thursday, 17th November, 2016, at 2.00 p.m. Tenders will be opened immediately after this deadline.

 

All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of the equivalent of one thousand Eastern Caribbean dollars (XCD$1,000.00).

 

This sub-project is funded by the Government of St Kitts and Nevis and the Caribbean Development Bank, (CDB) as part of the Basic Needs Trust Fund project.

 

Please note that CDB BNTF Procurement rules will be applied to this Tender.
